jiang	78481903d7	test: migrate workbench fixtures to persistent event streams Static fulfilled SSE bodies closed immediately and made ordinary UI cases reconnect. Serve persistent fixture streams, retain outage and cursor recovery coverage, and update legacy approval and investigation assertions for current disclosures and SVG diagrams. Keep running turns active while users steer or queue follow-ups and edit pending delivery. Refresh the model catalog before generation and preserve approval mode selection. Integrate scoped investigation messaging/presentation, geographic place selection, current Agent composer styles and supporting workbench contracts.
